The Islamic Center is a place that is built to bring the people together, spread the teachings of true Islam and serve the community when it comes to social and religious needs. Without the worshipers and the great people that bring life to this place, all these things would not have been possible. The journey ahead is still long and the Islamic Center extends the opportunity to you and anyone else who is willing to be a part of it’s mission. If you want to be part of the good work done here by the custodians of the house of Allah, you may do so with your duas and generosity so that The Islamic Center can stand strong and pass on the teachings of Islam as a center of Dawah from the heart of the west.
Allah says in the Quran in Surah Baqarah ayah 110 and 274:
And be steadfast in prayer and regular in charity: And whatever good you send forth for your souls before you, you shall find it with Allah: for Allah sees Well all that you do.
Those who (in charity) spend of their goods by night and by day, in secret and in public, have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.
Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Prophet said, “There is no day in which the slaves rise in the morning except that two angels descend; one of them says, ‘O Allah! Compensate the one who spends.’ The other angel says, ‘O Allah! Destroy the wealth of the one who is stingy.’” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Uthman ibn Affan reported: The Messenger of Allah , said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, then Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
